Applications Production

FORGEROSSI production consists mainly in the hot forging and rolling of rings and shaped.

There are three main groups of products:

• Rolled rings without welding, used in many industrial applications, and customised rolled beams (see products)
• General forged products (shafts, discs etc.)
• Flanges (see products)

All products can be thermally treated according to the required specifications. The treatments are carried out in the company workshop so that to guarantee the required technical characteristics and the International Standards.

A department in Forgerossi can also provide mechanical products made according to the clients’ drawings. In consideration of the company policy, global service aimed to the client satisfaction, this department will shortly be implemented in its structure and with new equipment.

Forgerossi products are all supplied with the required test reports and certifications. Tests are carried out in the company by highly qualified staff and with certified equipment and instruments.
