Quality Quality control system

Since the late 70’s, FORGEROSSI S.p.A. has successfully worked for the full acknowledgment of the total quality of its products.

This target has been obtained thanks to the installation of a technological laboratory continuously updated to the latest testing technologies and with the acquisition of equipment for the non-destructive tests (ultrasounds, ferromagnetic powder, penetrant liquids), investing in human resources and in the qualification and training of the staff.

The implementation of a Quality System was the key point in this process. The first Forgerossi Quality Manual dates back to the 1978 and since then this system has been constantly updated and adapted to the clients’ requests and the International Standards.

The first official certification, according to the ISO 9002: 1987 was issued in 1992 by Det Norske Veritas Italia.

Currently Forgerossi Quality System is certified by DNV Italia according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
