The new Century gave Forgerossi new opportunities to plan for their future and they are ready to go forward with plans for continued success in this sector of industry.

It is hoped that the new generation of the Rossi family, brothers Alberto and Marco, will now consolidate their company’s long experience and skills along with its human resources, so that it will be capable of facing new challenges following the steps of their predecessors: new plants have already been planned and others are in process, some departments have been enhanced so that to offer very high productive capability.

Today the new challenge of Forgerossi is the ability to translate the loyalty they have inherited in facing new horizons without fear of what they may discover in the turbulent sea of the widening world market.

A turbulent sea where it is not possible to sail as “courageous captains” hoping and praying their course is true, but based on careful planning and setting a course based on real time weather reports and on updated maps.

It is all about giving up something the adventurous approach and replacing it with structural solidarity, organisational culture and strategic vision being always directed wholly at customer satisfaction, based on a continuing programme of performance improvements.
