Quality control

All forged products, either submitted or not to heat treatment, are subjected to the tests foreseen by the referring rule and by the internal quality procedures.
In the internal technological laboratory, all the most important kinds of destructive tests are carried out, such as strength, tensile, HB, HRC, HV hardness, bending, impact up to a temperature of –100° C, as well as micro and macrographies to check the internal structure of materials and some kinds of corrosion tests.
Besides to the normal visual and dimensional inspections, the products can be submited to non destructive tests with ultrasonic, magnetic powder and dye penetrant methods. All the operators are qualified to second level according to SNT-TC-1A or EN473.
The performing of other particular tests or inspections can be confied to external approved laboratories.
Moreover, upon customer's requirement, we can certify our products according to the EN1020A-3.1.C / 3.1.A rules and with certificates issued by the most important national and international inpection authorities.
